To the fullest extent permitted by law: Acutive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Services or reliance on data analytics, AI recommendations, or outputs. Users agree to indemnify and hold Acutive, its affiliates, and employees harmless from claims resulting from misuse, violation of laws, or third-party rights related to provided data. Acutive’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the preceding twelve (12) months.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or store their data. If discovered, such data will be deleted promptly.

15. Third-Party Sites

Acutive is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of linked third-party websites or integrations. Users interact with external services at their own discretion.

17. Governing Law

For users in India, this Policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra. For users in the United States, applicable laws of the State of Texas govern.
