Users agree to indemnify and hold Acutive, its affiliates, and employees harmless from claims resulting from misuse, violation of laws, or third-party rights related to provided data. Acutive’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or store their data. If discovered, such data will be deleted promptly.

Acutive is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of linked third-party websites or integrations. Users interact with external services at their own discretion.
